    hi all

    why me

just thought to let you all know just incase your thinking of using parcels2go
that i have always used these for sending parcels out and has barely been
no problems but recently they are using a 3rd party to do their work which
the company is hdnl which stands for home delivery network ltd and they are
sh**e,much use as a chocolate fireguard as i have had 4 failed
collections in 2 weeks and 1 again today,i also tried to contact them and all i
got is them hanging the phone up and cutting me off on 8 times earlier
today and i still aint got through to them,i can`t understand, its business at
the end of the day,wot happened to customer care, dont think it exists, why
do we always get let down on somefin always so i`m in the middle of
searching for an alternative as i can`t trust these anymore.

Blimey - that's not good! I've used P2G a number of times in the past and they've been really good! Not good to hear - but thanks for the heads up Andy!

    hi all

right just looked at parcels2go website and it now gives you an option to
send parcels with either company so i have just arranged 2 parcels to be
collected by dhl and not the other home delivery network so i`ll let ya know
    who actually collects them.

I've used P2G before, but its always been picked up via DHL, never had any problems with them. Touch Wood!
