How much should I be looking to pay for the above

At vauxhall

and independent?

I believe Vauxhall say this should be done at 100,000, most others say 80,000 to be safe.....Mines done 105,000...

Interim service was around £90, full service was £160 iirc

Timing belts are separate from normal servicing though.

Yeah i understand that, How much should I be paying for both?

When I say service I mean a full complete service, The cars only ever had the engine oil and filter change since i've owned it so i need to go to town on it this time

You do realise that a full service really only does the other filters over and above an oil change...? God knows what you actually pay for...

Cambelt change for the 1.9's is roughly 250, plus the waterpump and coolant top-up...

I've always changed my own timming belts and should replace water pump and tensioner at same time.... I would expect with a dealer parts plus labour £400 minimum

Hi all, my vauxhall vectra 1.9cdti Sri 150 is due a 70k service and I'm going to get the timing belt changed aswell. How much roughly will I be quoted for both? Any ideas?

when vx did the chain on my 2.2 i was quoted £800 but i got a good will payment so only paid £310 that included a oil and filter change.

but my chain was rattling lots, not sure you would get a goodwill on a precautionary chain change

for my cambelt change (full cam kit with waterpump and drive belt changed too) £350

MOT is being done for £35 as i am getting everything done together
