Default Found the fault code but what does it mean

I have found out why the engine management light keeps popping on,its showing fault code P0341 on my reader which means camshaft position sensor circuit range/performance.Does this mean I would be better getting a ew camshaft sensor as this has happened twice now after clearing the code and removing eml with fault code reader. Car still runs fine even when light pops on but a light on in the dash does my head in and would sooner stop it altogether

Take sensor out an carefully clean the magnetic part that faces into cam pulleys with a soft brush an contact cleaner.

May save you a few quid on a new sensor.

Are you sure thats what it means? I understood P0134 to mean, 02 sensor circuit, no activity (bank1 sensor1), Although I may be incorrect but it is worth checking!
