Does anyone know how open a bonnet if there is something wrong with the pull?
it seems to have gone wrong and now I can't open it.
Thanks

Does it feel like there is tension on the lever?
I suppose it's worth lying under the car and putting your hand up to try and reach the cable and yank it? Sorry not very scientific - best I can think of.
theres no pull on it at all.
took the lever off in the car and tried pulling the inner wire and nothing happens.
I cant get at from underneath unless I remove the protector panels
big hammer
It sounds like it's come adrift from the release under the bonnet ....
once you get in it's only going to be a matter of reconnecting and adjusting but that's the easy bit
the hard bit is gaining access with out causing damage
Your either going to have to try and reach up and release from underneath or gain access from the lower grille .. I had a similar issue on my 2.8 a few weeks ago and the only access option I had was via the upper grille as there's not a lot of space in the engine bay but mines irmy and is different to the standard figment in your profile picture, which meant I had a slightly different tact on access
Good luck
0-Large smile ......every time it's driven
managed to do it and heres how if someone else needs it:
got underneath and undone the four plastic rivets holding the bumper guard on.
remove the number plate
push the top of lower grill until it pops
back underneath and use a screwdriver to pop off the bottom clips until you can remove the lower grill.
reach up through the gap until you can feel the bonnet pin.
feel around until you find a round pin.
use a screwdriver to force it out of place.
The bonnet will pop.
Good to hear you got it open, you need to tension the cable now. Someone put a simple how to on here to sort this out so it doesnt happen again.
