Those speakers were awesome in my old Vectra, just make sure you sound proof the doors to get the most out them

Lol, don't go blaming me if they're no good, I did state very clearly I'd never used them and had no experience of them. You wanted something that fitted straight in with no adaptors, that's what I suggested

As for further mods to it, sound proof the doors, amp up the door speakers, no do NOT start fitting 6 x 9's in the car, you'll stuff the sound balance up completely (I thought we went over that in the last thread lol). A nice sub would fill the sound completely.

At the end of the day it's down to your choices and finances

I still browse quite often I went a tad overboard with my sound proofing but tbh it was worth it for the sound that came out of them, just did mainly around the speakers, as much behind the speakers etc and then I did the rest of the doors as I had sound proofing left and at least those speakers use the original plugs so are literally plug in and play.

I spent about £20 from a seller on ebay and got about 3 big rolls of stuff that did the job, a lot cheaper than dynomat and couldn't tell the difference tbh, but made the bass sound like I had a sub somewhere.
