Lol Dasarab. Think mine's been told EH are putting recording equipment in, he's been very quiet and polite this weekend, looks like they may have gone away for the week.
Downside was Wendyhad been working hard all day cleaning out and bathing her show cats, then, the stress wondering if he's kick off or not gave her an evening blood sugar count of 5.0. If she'd gone to bed on that she'd likely have slipped into a diabetic coma so we ended up going to bed at 3am anyway.
Back to OP, Housing Association if it's rented, most police don't want to know on noise, but WILL come down on you if you even suggest you may sort it yourself. Otherwise, it's diary sheets and Environmental Health, which is the long haul, as they have to write to them telling there's a complaint (but not who from) and what stage it's at, even warning them as/when they put recording equipment in.
If they have half a brain cell it's easy to play the system
