Default Facelift Vec Estate Interior Rear Tailgate Cover

Has anyone removed this card. I pulled out the cover plug for the manual release and the 2 plugs from the bottom(facing you when tailgate is open) but the card is firmly attached to the car. I didn't want to pull it too hard because knowing my luck the damn thing will rip in 2.

Is there a sequence for taking it off. All I want to do is to wire my non working fog light up.

    Any help is appreciated, thanks.

When i saw GG take the cover off his bootlid, he removed 1 torx screw from the inside of the rear pulldown handle..

then all you have left to do is pull it 'firmly' down as the rest of the clips are popstuds..

Sounds exactly like the Signum. Just be careful when pulling the trim off as you can break the odd spring clip (easily replaceable after a trip to the dealer! )

Yep, what he just said, plus two plastic rivits right by the lock, you have to pull the centres out first.
