    Default Ladies advice needed ASAP

    I know many ladies out there who know their way around their car but I am not one of them!!
    So Id appreciate easy to understand instructions on this problem which has suddenly arisen.
    I gather its either a fuse or the CIM from what Iv e read BUT I cant for the life of me find the other fuse box which is apparently on the dash??

    Anyway dash not working, no speedo/indicator lights/fuel gauge etc so I really need
    I took it straight to the garage who said go home and find your manual :-( which having just moved i cant ....

    the fuse box is found behind the side of the dash on the passenger side. The panel (apparently) pull off.. although mine is not very easy to remove. Hope this helps.

    Fuse for the display is #17 in the fuse box at passenger side of the dashboard. Page 248 on the online version.

    Yep side of the dash on the passenger side, need to open the door to see it.

    What is the issue you are having? I've just replaced my CIM so maybe able to offer some girly advice!

    There are three fuse boxes in the Vectra. One under the bonnet, one in the boot and one behind a pull off panel on the passenger end of the dash board.

    Fuse 17 seems to be a common problem this why?

    took fuse 17 out gave it a wipe and woo hoo

    Could be a loose connector on the back of the Bezel....

    Or, try fuse 17 lol

    Don't take your business to that garage again, how unhelpful. Was it a vauxhall garage?
