    Default Head gasket change

    Hi guys, dont suppose theres a how 2 on changing the head gasket on this site is their ? Ive had a look but cant seem to find anything.

    Or if not has anybody got links to somehwere else that will have some sort of a guide ?

    Im pretty skint at the minute so dont really want to invest in a haynes if I dont have to ( can find the info for free :-) )

    firstly u cant be that skint surely to buy a haynes and myself i wouldnt want to do a head gasket change without a haynes even though i can do diy myself alot easier than reading a manual what vectra is mate

    Sorry, its just a 1.8 LS

    Im more concerned with the timing belt side of things for re-fitting etc...
    Would just save me a load of money if I could do it myself.

    theres a how to on the cam belt ent there??

    Ive found one for the 1.9 deisel, I take it the principal will just be the same really ?

    lol I think its the same principal, lining up the notches etc... before taking the belt off.
    Im just bothered about taking it all apart but then struggling to get it back together lol
