In my job you need a laugh, so my latest trick I'm considering for a bit of harmless fun is this......

Take one condom, fit it over the tailpipe, and cable tie it on, should inflate and pop, and a giggle should be attainable.

Before I do it though, would this cause any damage to the engine due to increased back pressure?

I don't think it will do any damage matey, but it may damage your wallet when some old granny decides to take you to court for scaring her to near death.
