    Default Fitting Rear Coil Springs

Need to replace a snapped rear coil spring, if anyone has done it did you need to remove the shock or was it enough to remove the rear wishbone to hub bolt, did that give enough clearance to get the spring out?

    Cheers

Have you looked in the how2 section?

To answer your question, not you don't need to remove the shock. When you remove the lower arm stick a bar into it and push down

probably the easiest rear coils to change on a car that i know of !? undo shocker bolt , pry down swap spring and rubber seats , raise suspension up to meet shocker , put bolt back in ! takes so little time you wont even need a tea break ! ;-)

Remember it's not the shocker bolt. Undoing the shocker does nothing whatsoever

Except give you a shock when you drive off with the bolt still undone...

    Default Spring compressor

No you dont need a compressor for the rear springs just make sure you place a jack under the control arm to slowly lower the arm.
