After tech 2 gid screen

Hi after having gid screen tech 2 to the car all the screen shows is range & inst consumpt & setting what menus should it show and I can't change the time or date like when I had my tid screen fitted with a aftermarket head unit I did a test to see if the bulb warning system was working and it does the car is a 2007 Sri which had a cd30 & tid display I change to a gid display and aftermaket head unit let's you change the time and date manually

If you have removed the CD30 and you havent got steering controls then you wont be able to do anything with the GID screen.
