Opcom is as already stated perfectly legit and discussions re opcom and vauxcom are allowed however if it is obvious that the discussions are in breach of copyright law they will be deleted, what happens on other forums is up to the Admin/Mods there, on here it is not allowed. In general anyone who asks for help means they don't have a legit copy as the agents for the software have a full help service available.

Op-Com is in fact a perfectly legitimate software application designed by a chap in Hungary. A genuine copy retails for over £600 and the UK agent is in Cornwall I believe.

The copies you see on auction sites, etc are illegal copies generally around the £30 mark and although may work ok, they may also utterly destroy the electronics of the vehicle you use it on, so the only advice must be to avoid or risk very very large repair bills.
