Help - Brake Caliper Paint Colour

Trying to decide on what colour to paint my brake calipers.

The car is Star Silver, so what colour goes best with silver ?

Any ideas

red or yellow mate..

The GSi is body colour, the siggy is silver against the bamboozzled green bodywork..

I had blue on my star silver astra.... and on the vec.

red works well but get decent paint mate as i started to paint mine with halfords own brake caliper paint and it was 8l00dy awful stuff to use, i ended up removing it with a wire brush and not bothering

I painted mine blue, using hammerite smooth..( Im sure lots of other people on here have done as well)..Make sure you clean the caliper well and give two coats of paint, and for the finishing touch apply some decals....I think the blue is the colour to go for with silver, but its down to personal preference....If you have a look in the for sale section my wheels are in there and you can see the caliper.....

That 2 Red, 1 Blue and 1 Yellow

I painted mine black with white Vauxhall caliper decals. I know, a lot of folk will wonder why the hell I bothered but my car ain't heavily modded so I didn't feel I could carry off the reds/yellows. I fancied blue and I tried the Halfords gloop that 'pogo used. Absolute ****** sh!te it was. I ended up slinging on some satin black motorcycle engine paint. Worked a treat and no complaints.

doesn't cost that for a pot of hammerite smooth mate and a quick wire brush off and a spray of brake cleaner
but red is the best!!!!
