RTFM, or try the little buttons under the display, a long press on 1 of them should start the setting facility.

    RTF original post

If you've changed the stereo then you'll have to put the original back in to change the clock

assuming the CD50 and CID or GID displays are the same as the Astra then there is three possible ways for you to change the time on your clock.

    1. put the old radio back in to change time and then sweap back the new unit. I discovered that one my H i managed to put the ISO plug next tot he glove box so by qyuickly removing this i could plug the old radion in here and not takle out my new head unit etc.
    2. The connect2 leads offer an option to let you access the BC through the stearing wheel. I have never tried this myself but apparently it is all possible.
    3. Buy opcom. You canchange the time date etc using this and lots more on top of it if you learn how to use the thing.

    Hope this helps

What i did when i had an aftermarket HU was pop up to my local Vx dealer, and very politely ask if they would mind changing the time/date on my display.

They did mine right there and then with no charge. Gotta be worth asking mate.. They can only say no unless you cough up some cash! If you dont ask, you dont get!!

i can confirm that the connects2 loom allows access to all BC functions, much better than autoleads version in this respect.

see link below for more info:
