I went onto ebay last night looking for a Travel Assistant for my new Signum, much to my surprise, there was one ending in just a few minutes. So I had a quick scan of the listing and stuck my bid in with just a few minutes to go.

5 mins or so later... "Congratulations, you've won" at first I thought great and a bargain too at under £50. Then I realised what I had done... cash on collection only!

So it looks like I'm off on a 400mile round trip to Manchester soon to pick up my new travel assistant... doh! At least I'll get the chance to take the new car a good run.

Is there anything exciting on in that neck of the woods tomorrow?

Someone listed the individual part numbers for it the other day on here mate - they had to come from Germany but were still available...

Yeh, I believe you can still get the fitting kit, I'll order that on Monday.

If someone was willing to pick it up and post it to me, I'd be extremely grateful... anyone in the Manchester area willing? Got to be cheaper then 400miles of fuel at 27mpg!
