Drivers Seat Squeek

Has anybody found a cure for the drivers seat squeek,seems to be on the bottom left at the back,
Doused it with wd ok for a while and then comes back,found raising the seat a little helps but would like to resolve this,

Anybody cracked it?

Is your seat all the way up or all the way down? Moving it a little from the extremes helps.

I set it all the way down then raise it a little,it helps for a while then the squeek comes back
