About mid-way along the windscreen edge of it is a 'flat screwdriver entry point'.... slip a flat screwdriver into that (about 5mm wide) and GENTLY use it to 'hook' the lens back and down - the lens should rotate around it's two moulded in 'hooks' on it's rear edge.

Removing the sensor panel can be helpful, but as long as you just slowly ease the screwdriver (or whatever you are using) forward so the tip hooks the lens fractionally back and then down, you should be fine...... the lens (or fresnel diffuser) does flex a good bit.

Get the hammer out and be done with it A new one will pop back into place a lot easier

The lamp holding panel is held in place by those 3 screws to the front and it is also clipped to the 'hole' by a plastic tang in each corner...

... so if you were refitting the whole assembly you would offer it up into the hole in the roof linging and push up until it clicks into place.... then fit the 3 screws to secure it all in place. Finally you would fit the fresnel diffuser (if you hadn't broken it)
