    Default Hids Direct customer service

    I bought these http://www.hids-direct.co.uk/error-f...ite-p-495.html about a month ago to replace my rear number plate lights.

    Spotted yesterday evening that one has failed.

    I emailed Hids Direct late last night asking if it can be replaced free of charge.

    Got an email this morning apologising for the inconveience caused and a replacement would be sent out today (no charge)

    I don't think you can get much better than that.

    I have read some bad reviews about Hids Direct here in the past and was curious to see what response I would get.

    All in all im very happy with them and I think they deserve a "Thumbs Up" mention here.

    Seems to be sometimes you'll get them on a good day, sometimes on a bad. I ordered my HIDs from them 2pm Monday, they were sent Tuesday (hoped I'd ordered them in time for them to be here yesterday but obviously not) and arrived today. Not a problem.

    I've had nothing but good customer service with them too. They even made the effort to use a different courier to post out to a BFPO address for me to save me some £££

    And 8 months later with full use of my HIDs every day (I'm a daytime lights user out in Germany) and not a single problem with the units... I recommend them
