    Default signum turbo problems

Hi folks, got a stange one for you.
I have a signum 2.0 turbo z20net. which i bought with a dead engine. So i purchased a new engine with less than 20k on it, and proceeded to fit the new engine in to the car, repacing only the engine and using all of the original cars electrical components and mechanical bolt on parts.
Once it was all fitted and put back together we then went for first start and the starter just keeps engaging and turning the engine over ?.
So we removed the solenoid wire from the starter and turned on the ignition and fed the solenoid post power and the engine started first time and runs sweet as a nut.
So the car runs excellently with the solenoid wire off.
So we plugged in the modis and it throws up some weird codes ?
It says low voltage to boost control valve and low voltage to somewhere else, cannot remember where.
so as it was running ok i took it out for a shake down test and the turbo does not do anything. The actuator and the turbo are brand new. But no boost.
Please help. I just hope someone else has had weird problems like mine.
    Thanks for reading.
Any help is most welcome and thank you in advance.
    regards
    Sandy.

    boost control valve

these will be the problem i suspect as when they are faulty the turbo holds back some what

I have had this problem last year also repalced both valve and then all has been okay ever since have a search around there are a few posts about the boost control valves/solonoids

If that doesnt work I suspect its the starter as I have had this twice before on other cars.

When your cranking the ecu sends most of the power to the starter and minimises power going to other items. It uses the solenoid wire to sense if your cranking.
