    Default Isopon Plastic Bumper Fill

    Just Bought This To Tidy Up The SRI Bumpers I Just Got..Says To Use 40/80 Grit Paper...Shop Never Had Any O That Stuff...So Got Nearest To It...Cant Remember Which Grade lol...

    Anyways..Am I Sposed To Just Sand It Down Enuff To Take Some Filler Or Am I Sposed To Leave It Rough/Jaggy..Then Fill It In ?

    If you use 40/80 grit it will fur up the plastic. ie it will ruff up the plastic to much. the most i would use is 180 .

    just 2 smooth it then fill it ?

    you need to flat with 180 then fill when dry flat with 180 then re fill if need be then 240 then 320 then prime fat with 800 wet and dry paint.
