If it's been changed recently (within a year) and the engine has had regular changes all it's life, then I wouldn't. If not then I would drain, run some fresh cheap oil for a week, then do the proper change with filter and decent oil. This will make sure all traces of the old oil is removed.
Definitely don't do the engine flush. The problem with it is that it's only suitable for engines where the flush has been used during all the oil changes that the car has ever had. If the engine has never been flushed before and the mileage is now more than, say, 35k+ then it's too late to start using it, and it can do much more harm than good. Lumps of old oil will have built up inside the engine and these are harmless if they're left where they are. The flush will dislodge them and cause the oil ways to get blocked.
Those that know engines inside out say that if you've never used a flush before, then it should only be used on an engine that has terminal problems already and the flush is used as the last resort before consigning the engine to the scrapheap.
As posted above just change the oil for fresh, if its really bad change it again after a month / 1000 miles.
