Not been but would be interested to know too, seen some great all in prices for October.
Know it's a bit politically volatile. But would stay on complex anyway.
You looked at any resorts mate?

Stayed in Agadir a few years ago, would not go there again.
Ok.....the locals like to make a few quid out of tourists, you get this on most foriegn holidays, but try saying no to a Morroccan. Very difficult and at times we actually felt threatened. This is just my personal experience.

I had a great four day break in Marrakech a couple of years ago.
As long as you can say no when you visit the Medina you will enjoy it.

The airport is close & there are some great hotels hth ......................

I also stayed in Agadir maybe 8 years ago now and all though the hotel was great the rest of the town and country in fact was desolate. Buildings half finnished and lot of area's looked like shanty towns. We didn't really venture out of the hotel much as it didn't really feel all that safe. We did go on a few trips and one was to Marrakech Market which was pretty good but as stated previously you have to be prepared to spend most of your day saying no!!!!!

A few years back (early 90's) me and some mates went on a road trip, started off in portugal, then spain, then gibralter and then we decided to get on a seacat and head for Morocco, had a bit of trouble getting in at the border as the place we got off the seacat was still classed as Spain, the trouble was at the Morocco border because someone for a joke thought that they'd put their job title on the border entry card down as an assassin, anyway we finally got in after a bit of delay with the border guards and we stayed about four-five hours in Morocco with an official Govt Tour Guide following us everywhere we went, ended up that we all disliked the country as it was very run down and full of derelict buildings so we headed back to Spain and then went onto France and Italy over the next couple of weeks..

Needless to say I don't recommend putting your job title down as an assassin on any border entry card and i've certainly never been tempted to do it again

I'm sure that away from the coastal areas that we visited its a very nice country
