Have a look here at their policies, i have the extra care
i think that policy sounds canny and fair, just need to have a look in service book and see what needs done
i have the vauxhall master fit one £320 and it covers everything the standard warranty that comes with your new car covers but you have to take it out before your manafacturers one expires
I've just been quoted £334 for their New Secure Care 12 month warranty which includes almost everything including the EGR.inlet manifold and DMF,together with wear and tear!!.As I'm covered by the RAC at the moment,(which is crap by the way),if I take it out now,the policy will restart from the end of the RAC one expiring and cover me for wear and tear from day one.My Veccy 150 is an "04" and done 96K,so obviously the wear and tear cover will be pro rata but I don't mind paying 30% of the parts costs. It also includes recovery, car hire and hotel costs.Doesn't seem bad to me.FELIXX.
not bad at all! off for a quote
£352 for secure care 04 2.2 direct 54k miles. wonder if they'll budge a bit???
my quote came in £100 cheaper on the phone with WD
I have a plan with Warranty Wise that was put on by the dealer who supplied the car. I used it for the first time yesterday to replace the engine thermostat and housing - it all comes as one piece now.
They sent the garage a form by fax OKing the work and I have now to send that form plus the invoice that I had to pay, copies of the MOT certificate and the service history.
They seem to be the best of the bunch and I await their cheque - we will see!!!
