not to hard to do,,, some will not be a perfect fit though... Use T-bolt clamps instead of jubilee style clips if you can..

no real method, jack it up and do the intercooler pipes first, then the 'hard' pipe but be sure to give your MAP sensor a nice clean while you can.. then do the main pipe onto the throttle body, you may find you need to push the lower intercooler pipe up now to help the hard pipe into the throttle body pipe.. you will figure it out, its an easy enough job..

nah.. that little pipe is a ***** to do though, i forgot about that one.... it comes of the compressor housing on the turbo down to the ali intercooler pipe that goes under your block to the inlet of your intercooler.. it has to be done from underneath. When you take it off be sure to note which way the bend goes. You need a small ratchet... your arms will ache.. undo/loosen the ali intercooler pipe from its mounting under the block as you will need to be able to push it upwards. first clamp this small silicone pipe to the ali pipe first and position the little heatshield inthe other jubilee just about that. now push the whole pipe upwards onto the turbo compressor outlet. make sure you seat it properly and tighten it up well or it will come off with in style during hard acceleration, trust me on that one..

i would do this one first, take the rubber pipe of the front of the ali intercooler pipe first to make it easier to move it at the back near the turbo..

no precat btw.. your cat is in the downpipe just below your turbo...

One piece of advise on this bit, be sure the engine is cool before doing it or you will burn your hands/arms, trust me on that one as well lol

if you can, remove your actual intercooler and flush out the oil while you have the opportunity...
