Default swirl or not to swirl

Hi have a 1.9 120 been told its a fiat lump?
Its just started to lag on throttle response and will not keep a steady rpm if it was a petrol would think it was beening staved of fuel
Have noticed the bar thats not attached too swirl valves, and a bit of gunge round some this has been off for a while, and have noticed one of these is moving, after reading on here thats the master to turn the others.
Had been told that 120 didnt have swirl ?
Are they needed can they be removed by pulling out and new pushed in?

Seriously though, the 120 don't have swirls. You sure it's a 120? I know some were showing up incorrectly with insurace companies when you gave them the reg number.

This is a 150 & the swirl bar is shown, also the oil filler is on the right where the 120 is on the left.

If it was an Astra 120 there could be chance of it m8 as some 120's on them were actually 16V so you ain't wrong in your thinking.
