Default dog wazz on my new lawn

hi.. iv just turfed the lawn after spending the last three months preparing it and then finally turfing it and it looks realy good except....

my little sod of a dog keeps having a slash and iv already got a brown patch and im not happy.....

she used to go out all the time on the last lawn but it was absolutely worn out and thats the reason for re-turfing it.

what im after is a remedy try and either stop her squatting ( but she needs to wee?) or does anyone know of any kind of home remedy or potion that i can give her.

iv read a few things on the net on how to stop and some say dont let her go on the lawn but the problem i have is my living room goes straight out onto the patio and then the lawn and i cant see when or where she goes so im stuffed on that score..

does anyone use the stop-wee type tablets that are supposed to alter the dogs ph level or have you got any other remedy to save my lawn lol

    al.

from what iv read, its tomato puree or tin tomatoes and the biaches wee is no more bad than a males dog but the biaches tent to empty a full bladder in one spot and thats why they say they have worse wazz than males.

I would say either use a watering can and water where dog just went or put a sprinkler on lawn each evening. Either should dilute it down.

My wife says that's right, tomato sauce, the cheaper the better, on her food. Also works a treat as a shampoo killing the smell if they roll on fox poo, though you get an orange sog for a few days.
