heater control panel

Hi anybody out there can help me ,recently bought new heater control panel with blue led's fitted put it in car and nothing works on it only lights up would i need a tech 2?

very strange that it lights up but the controls don't work.

any loose connections out back?

there is no way that it'd need tech 2'ing. Pioneer (Andy) has swapped all of his and i'm sure it was all plug and play!

time to call the seller, was it on ebay by any chance? they usually get the items from a scrappy and swap the lights out, may have been a broken item to begin with. slim chance though.

yes harry it was bought off ebay will send it back to seller
