Default Can anyone identify this handsfree kit?

    Hi all,

I purchased a 2006 Elite with the following handsfree kit already installed, so before I rip this out and replace with something like a parrot or io play, I wondered if anyone could identify it, and whether it was worth using with a new cradle or in part with the parrot (e.g. keep the microphone)?

Whilst I was looking, I also noticed this tucked into the windscreen - would this be part of the kit too?

    Any help much appreciated.

Yup, it's a THB Bury System 8 Take and Talk, got a whole system sat in a carrier bag here that I had fitted in my vec a long time ago. If you're lucky enough for them to do the cradle for your phone, then it's just a case of spending about £50 on the right cradle.

If it was bluetooth then you would not even need a holder. See if you can find the instructions online

If you take the glove box out you might find the control box with the part number on it. If its not behind the glovebox it might be behind the heater controls which can be prised out with a screwdriver

Thanks for the help guys, I'll have a poke around later...

If they do a cradle for my phone is it worth using, or better off stumping up a little more for a more generic parrot type system?

Got this system in my work van and its not great TBH, certainly not a patch on the parrot systems for background noise etc..
