Does anyone know if the rear boot sensor is linked to a fuse?..if so which one?
its linked to the central locking system, and that is controlled by the BCM and CIM why?
The boot open warning appeared after i attempted to locate the annoying boot rattle sound..i've taken the whole lock out stripped and cleaned everything i can see but the warnings still on.
Im guessing its going top need a new sensor..bugga
The sensor is in the lock.. you cant just get a sensor.
When mine did that it was just the catch plate was misaligned slightly, took me half hour of trying to get it right before I got it, but that's all it was.

The lock mechanism comes apart and has two seperate electrical items,indepedantly supplied and removable..
I'll try and adjust the lock..hows it done?..
