    Default Replacing Rear Pads Dilemma

Fellas, help me decide this one. Do I replace my rear brake pads myself, and to do so buy this piston rewind tool kit, or am I better off just buying a whole freakin replacement car which might well cost less than the rewind tool?

i say get the tool....not to expensive i don't think. when it comes to tools you get what you pay for but tbh i didn't use a remind tool when doing my corsa c front brakes, was a pain but, just undone the reservoir cap and stuck a screw driver between the pad and disc(i was replacing both so didn't bother me) lol

If you are going to be replacing the rear brakes several times, then it will be worth it

However, I can't bothered performing such maintenance jobs any more
I therefore buy the parts and my local garage fits them
They don't have any issue with that, as they know I will supply the correct parts (previously twice the wrong parts arrived)

you dont need em for front pads anyway its because you have to screw a rear caliper back in due to the handbrake mech
