    Default losing boost sri 2.0t really annoying

    it goes off switch on/off and its back again any ideas wots causing it?

    Could be several things, boost sensor, hose split, lambda sensor, vacuum hose etc etc.

    Does not do it all the time wen it does it about 2000 upwards wen it's full boost

    check all your hoses for leaks and make sure none have come off, also check your spark plugs for discolouration around the ceramic.. Coils can go on these as well... did on mine..

    If you can do the paperclip test and check for faultcodes to see if you have misfire problem, i assume you not have extra smoke coming out of the back when you get this. What happen when you keep your foot to the floor, does the car judder or is it just no power like driving a n/a engine...? Just trying to get more info as so far its not really enough to give more specific answers.. a code check will be a great help..

    No codes nige seems to be getting better as it's not done it today also ordered silicone intercooler pipes changed plugs fitted scorpion exhaust seems lumpy on tick over after exhaust went on lol wen it does lose boost it's like a na engine like u said but all seems good at moment except for the lumpy tickover
