Painting facelift front grill...

Evening chaps...

I'm thinking about colour coding my front grill but I'm thinking about including the griffin in the coding. I've seen a lot of people paint the front grill and leave the vauxhall symbol chrome. I'm thinking I'm going to paint it. Anyone done this and got pics? Anyone think it's a bad idea?

I think it would just look a bit too much all black (if that makes sense) that about doing the badge a slightly lighter shade. Anthacrite or carbon fibre maybe..just to break up the black. HTH

I had mine all black and then got it re done. IMO it looks smart but pretty factory with the badge still chrome, but when you do all of it it looks like you have done exactly that and just sprayed it all!

Sorry no pics, I originally did it all black because I had filled the v grill when it was broke and just sprayed the lot. It was only temp. Later I bought a new v grill in primer and new badge to do it properly, but I got the effect...
