Anyone know or has Low mileage Insurance ? when i buy mine i claim i am doing 3k a year but im not even doing that now ..ive done 1400 mls this year ... i dont pay megga bucks for my insurance but would like to know if i can get it cheaper also i plan to put the motor off the road during the winter for 5 months or so is there ant way i can work the insurance to suit that ?

With the new laws if you wanted to leave your car uninsured for 5 months it would need to be on SORN

You can get really cheap insurance for low miles but the company I got a quote from wanted to fit a tracker

Not sure if you could get some kind of classic car policy there Phil. Try Adrian Flux as I know that the do a good discount for under 3000miles

I believe you can get a 0 mileage policy so its insured but cannot be driven, maybe useful for those winter months.
