GID Screen - Changing colour

Hi Guys

Looking into modding the interior leds, got all sourced but the GID screen. I know some of have done it, looks cool!!

Crazy LED's have mostly everything I need for the other bits.

I have just taken a look through it, Wow!! Very cool.

I'm undecided to go for either the conventional blue or red. The car is red so it might look a bit odd. Green is out of the question.

Also , bear in mind there at least 4 different GID's that I have seen , so best to open up and have a look what type you have.

Thanks for the heads up. I was going to get them to the bulk of the work. I can easily do the job but I am becoming lazy in my old age.

I'll get the steering wheel controls from them to check for quality, the do offer a buy back policy for the old ones so you can get the kit for half price.

This is the first time that I have seriously investigated Modding a car, the fact is that all my previous cars where leased!! So no modding permitted except my last Veccy!! Could not resist better wheels!!

I am based in Cambridge but I do travel about a bit.
