    Default Rattle from back brakes

I have a 2003 sedan and there is a rattle coming from the back brakes ,it stops when you put the brakes on or pull hand brake on ,sounds like loss pads ,has anyone had a problem with this and is there a fix .

Check the friction material is still bonded to the pads steel backer, not unknown for the 'glue' to fail..that will make then rattle.

also check the caliper mounts for the correct torques..

so are the aftermarket one's solo..

fitted a set of Bosch pads to the rear of mrs GSi's vec and they were identical.. apart from the price!!!

a bit more planning and i could have got the pad/disc kit for less
