    Default Vauxhall SatNav retro-fit?.

How much does it cost to fit the factory SatNav?.

Been looking at a TomTom 1 v2 at £199 from Halfrauds, but I was just curious as to what the genuine kit costs?.

Nooo, cheaper to buy a new car mate...

Stick with the aftermarket ones, but remember to take it out of the car when finished...

Had a go with the VX sat nav in a loan car, not bad but 10 times the price of the PDA based tom-tom off e-bay? and the maps said they were out of date on a 2 day old car!!

Agreed.... have used both Tom Tom 300 & 700

Currently got a Tom Tom 700 and it is much better than the in-car Sat Nav system. But, I still use the in-car sat nav as I cannot be ar53d to keep taking the Tom Tom out with me !!! - far too much trouble in this criminal world we drive in !!!

Still use the 700 when in hire vehicles, abroad and in mates cars etc etc....
