    Default So what next?

    Hi All,

Well so far I have had the Vec for about 6 weeks, and after saying I am not going to mod cars anymore I have found that I just cant help myself.

    So far I have done,

Parrot MKi9200 fitted. (really good piece of kit)
Car mats, (boring mod but important to keep it nice)
Full Major service today, + Cam belt and Water pump
And Eco3 green box. (will fit it tonight when I get the car back after the service) Looking forward to seeing the difference.

So what next? I dont really want to spend too much more just yet, as I think I have done enough just lately so I am after good cheap mods that either make it run better, Look better, or easier to use.

For exapmle, a good free change for me was setting all the doors to unlock with one press and then to autolock once moving.

So what have you done that was free / cheap that did make a positive difference.

    Thanks in advance.

Thanks :-) I had thought about that, (airbox mod) but still a little on the fence.

I know there has been lots of threads on it and there are people for and against but the one thing that keeps coming back to me is if I was ever in an accident and the insurance got nasty would they use that as an unauthorised modification and justification not to pay out.

I know I could tell the insurance but that again would give them an excuse to charge me an "admin" fee and put my premium up again. Not sure if its worth the cost of it for a realitivly small gain.
