    Hi guys

    Anyone know what type of alarm is fitted in my 2006 Vectra Sri 2.2 direct????

    Someone told me its a Thatcham cat 1, should this help bring down insurance costs???

    The alarm itself won't warrant it being classed as Thatcham Cat 1.

    IIRC, if it's just an immobiliser fitted, then it's cat 2, but alarm and immobiliser will give it cat 1 status.
