Default VXR 19" 5 spoke Snowflakes

I would love to get a set of these alloys for my Facelift 1.8 SRi
Is there only one type of 19" 5 spoke VXR Snowflake alloy? or do they come in different widths etc.?

I presume there is only one type, if there is, will they fit straight to my current car? 1.8 Facelift SRi?
Will I need to change the suspension set up to get a decentstance?

There is i think only 1 type of 19" m8 ,you can get them in 18" aswell but they got 6 spokes on them , and yes they will deffo fit your sri with out having to do any mods to suspension but would look better if lowered abit but will still look cool as it is

They'll fit on perfect mate. I got a mint set from Soulman earlier in the year, and it does need lowering (I also have an SRI) to make it look spot on, although it doesn't look bad. Most people drop 30mm, and since the SRi already has a drop of 15mm I reckon an extra 15mm would make it look top.

If you'd like, I'll post a few pictures later on tonight on how it looks with normal SRi suspension.

This is my GSi on eibachs with a 30mm drop. As above, could really drop another 15mm, even if its just at the front.

Yeah I've seen the 6 spoke Corsa VXR alloys, it's definately the 5 spoke 19's I'm after... what are tyres like for these alloys?

Yeah that would be great buddy!
I pre-sumed that SRi's were a little bit lower anyway as it's the same as the astra's

This looks sweet to me, is this 30 all round?
I have a 1.8 so I guess I would have to lower more at the front due to engine size?

For the life of me I can't remember if it was 30mm all round. It did drop it quite nicely though.

Regarding the 1.8 drop. It actually depends on the spring that you put in. The Eibach pro-kit is notorious for not dropping the front as much as other kits. I can't really comment on the 1.8 though as I have never dealt with one... Nor did my country ever get them.

    Good luck mate!

EDIT: I should also mention the main reason for using the Eibach springs, for me anyway was the massive difference in handling. Less understeer, MORE GRIP!

Sorry for the delay. As promised mate, a picture of my Vec with standard SRI suspension and the 19 inch snowflakes. As you can probably tell, it sits a bit high at the front, and people mistake them for 18s
