    Default Tis

Does anyone have TIS that actually works. I would like to have the wiring diagrams for the Vectra C and info on removal and refitting of items such as bumpers and interior trim and panels. I did have a set of these in the past for my astra but they were useless.

    Regards

    Ian

yes, i also have a copy, but things like the wiring diagrams and the like are far from a 'haynes' style as you can get.. they cover each component seperatly. as such, sending them on to you is not really feasable.

things like bumper removal and the like, all the common everyday jobs, are to be found in the 'how-2' section of the forum.

if it's a particular topic you need answering and it's not listed, throw up a seperate post and someone will try to help you out..

It's all there Andy - you just need to know which sections to look in. Has instructions for every trim panel you could possibly want to remove! I know, I've removed the odd panel in my car!!

Ian, as Mark said there is a How 2 on removing the bumpers. For anything else, just pop up a post and somebody will be able to help.

Andy, if you wanna do an MSN one day/evening, I'll show you where to find all the trim removal instructions.

Thanks for the info. Have had a look at the How to section for the bumper removal. Not really sure that i want to remove the bumper now that I have the measurements for the parking sensors.

it's dead easy to do Ian, 1st time you take it off, you'll wonder what all the fuss is about..

then you can use the marks on the back of the bumper for location.

Duncan, where in the TIS is this info. This is what the front screen of my TIS looks like, is it through one of these icons ??

I couldn't get my EPC to install either, kept saying in the install routine that it couldn't find a particular file within my Windows. Judging by the filename it is a NT file and I have XP

    Cheers

P.S. Absolutley loving your avatar !!!
