Signum Sluggish low power, Limp mode at high power.

Hi all I,m new to this and im sorry if this question has already been asked.

I have just baught a 55 plate Signum 1.9CDTI auto with 120000 on the clock. For the first couple of day it has run fine if a little sluggish below 2200RPM, then yesterday when joining the moterway and using kick down it went in to limp mode at 4000 ish RPM and the light with a spanner came on. I pulled over and turned the car off then back on and all was fine, until the next time I used kick down! same again. Then today it started doing it when not using kick down but always at 4000 ish RPM. I have had the RAC out and the code he came up with is P0650. Has anyone got any ideas what could be up. Thanks

EGR valve is first suspect.

Swirl flaps could be knackered - more specifically possibly the Swirls flap actuator is bust - only way a swirl flap fault will through up a fault code.

3rd injector wiring is faulty.

Get the codes read first m8.

DPF requiring regen?

Is it the 150 or 120?

If it is the 150 check the colour of the injector plugs.
If they are yellow then then need a modifaction
Blue means they are ok

Gazza4 the only code the RAC could get was P0650 nothing else was showing up. Merikiito it's a 150, how and where would I get the mod done if needed? Anyway I dropped it back off at the garage this afternoon and they say whatever is wrong it should be a quick fix!!! Good jod it has a 3 month warranty! When I get an answer I will let you all know, but if anyone has anymore ideas or tips on keeping her running sweet please let me know. Thanks.

Well its been in to the garage today it hasn't given any codes!!! The garage seems to think its a Vacuum Solenoid Valve. Does this sound right????
