Default Lowered and rear arms replaced

Spent a few hours after work today fitting my Eibach springs and replacing the bannana arms as mine were knocking quite bad.

I had the drivers side front spring 'pinging' sometimes so replaced both top mounts.

The car drives so much smoother and nicer now.

Looking forward to getting my 19's on once they have been refurbed

what top mounts did you get fella? 13188763 or 764? black or silver in colour?

was going to do mine today but couldn't find a deep 21" spanner to get the strut top nuts undone!

I bought a pair of top mounts from AutoVaux (Part number AS13270705) which are OE spec but not Vauxhall made.

They are black and looked exactly the same as the Vauxhall ones I took off down to the moulding marks.

I have an electric Snap-on impact gun so that wizzes the 21mm not off no problems.

I changed the whole arm and to be honest changing the arms was a bit of a pain to be fair as the inner nut and bolt are awkward to get to but with my impact gun and a mate to hold the spanner it was easier.

A garage would probably charge 1 or 2 hours depending how easy they come off.
