    Smile I just couldn't wait...

After securing a genuine rear spoiler for my Elite estate off eBay the plan was to wait until I had the full kit before getting it all installed in one go... but I couldn't wait, so it's now been painted and fitted.

I've also sorted a few other bits and pieces in the last couple of weeks since I bought the car; contoured velour mats, tax disc holder, valve caps and added the traction control & sport buttons (TC button works).

All these little things have added some additional polish to what I thought was already a great car, so now all I have to do is find & fit the rest of the spoiler kit and (probably) some snowflakes before I think I'll be done for a while ;-)

    Obligatory photos attached...

Looks very nice, out of interest did you spray the spoiler yourself or was it done in a shop? How much if it was done at a shop?

I had the spoiler painted and fitted by a shop in Reading, ended up costing me £150 which is higher than I had originally hoped, but I'm glad I opted to pay the money (having previously done things on the cheap with other cars and paid the price) as the paint match and quality of the finish is fantastic.

I'm very pleased with the spoiler as I think it really sets off the rear of the Estate, problem is now I want to do the rest asap ;-)

I know you mentioned ebay, but those mats fit better than the VX ones! what is the supplier for them?

why did you go and have to fit your spoiler! Now I want mine fitting lol.

£150 sounds a bit steep, but if you look at it as £200 all in fitted and spayed it doesn't seem as bad..

    Looking good

I got the mats from Vauxhall Accessories, they are the Contoured Velour Floor Mats (Estate) as seen here:

Damn... I just followed the link from vauxhall.co.uk for Accessories and ended up on that site, serves me right for not just popping in to the local dealer ;-)

I did get 10% off and free delivery...
