    Thumbs up

Very easy, wind off the the track rod end (count the turns as makes tracking up after eaiser) remove clips from rubber boot and pull boot off, will see to flats which require a 41mm spanner ( I Think ) but I used stilsons just fine. reassemble in reverse order. takes about half hour or so each side. They are awkward to get too and I think you need a 'stepped' spanner.
