    Default water pump cdti 150

    hello chaps , coming across a few issues concerning water pumps failing early on the cdti 150 engine its got me a tad concerned , any how came across this product on ebay called bars leaks , its suppose to be good for lubricating water pumps , has any one on here ever used this what are you views cheers dave .

    bars leak was for stopping leaks .....not lubeing pumps ...unless they do a adative now

    i wouldn't use the bars stuff, whats the mileage of your motor, for my own peice of mind i would do the belt & pump every 60k

    agreed, and I thought anti-freeze had lubricant in it

    its a 2008 cdti 150 with 30.000 miles on clock and light mods tuning box ,fiat semi blanking egr plate, changed bulbs to ultra power bulbs and LED's ,just change gearbox oil to castrol syntrans fully synthetic plus FSH just really wanna keep on top of things guys .

    defo says on ebay advert , lubes water pumps take a look my friend .

    do the belt and pump as suggested above and ther'll be no drama's bud
