Cant figure out if it was sent out and got lost or if they maybe found my order behind the fridge and hence why it took a bit longer to process.

I had problems with them last year. I ordered about £100 worth of stuff and they didn't send out exactly what I ordered. When I contacted them about some tire applicators they didn't send they ignored all my emails and I never got them in the end but they kept the money. Never used them since. The worst customer service I've ever experienced.

was going to buy some stuff this week but think i will stick to AG and meguiars cheers for the info

No I used the DW1 one. Got my order today though. Still disappointed with the service....

Pete if you dont mind me asking what was the value of your order, mine was only £26, wonder if they priorities there orders value wise?

When Messsy introduced me to detailing, he used CG Blitz, good finish, but I wanted to see what wax looked like.
Outside the other day, noting down stonechips etc, teenager (the Bugatti Veyron fan) over road saw me cleaning some bird muck off, told me I was doing the right thing as it's acidic ( no, really,, Sherlock?) . I said at least mine had some protection as it had 4 coats of wax on it, he wemt into some long speech as to that was nothing, one of his favourite supercars had xxx layers on it. I'd lost interest and gone in way before he finished.
