    rolleyes Productive day, sort off.

Got my Xenon's and Headlight Washers activated by Tech2 today, but no matter what the guy tried he could not find the BC Stalk for the GID anywhere in Tech2. Only mention was that the GID was actually present but no where to activate the stalk. So after 30 minutes of trying he succumb to trying Op Com. He said he doesn't like using it but as a last resort he'd give it a go. 2 minutes later the GID was working. £30 beat £1000...........
Still not got to the bottom of the foglight retrofit yet. Tech2 showing it as not present so next job will be to follow the wires back into the fusebox plug and see if the pins are actually on the fusebox that I have, if not I guess we'll have to change the UEC and try again. Still think there should be a relay to fit somewhere, maybe in to the BCM as there are quite a few extra space on the back of it for extra relays.
Also got around to trying Black Light today for the first time, but not over impressed. Hopefully the V7 will turn up tomorrow and change my mind, if not i'll have some Black Light and V7 for sale and AG SRP and HD Wax wins through again.

Edit; Oh ment to say the guy only took £25 for the Tech2 session which I thought was very reasonable. The guy is in Bathgate if anyone is looking for anything needing done.

    hi m8
the fog pins will be on the fusebox, even tho you dont have the fog module.
had the same problem when i did mine.
i had to get the fog switch,UEC(with fog module) and the wires to the UEC and fogs lights.
glad you got the rest sorted

So you never had to add a relay or anything like that? Basically swap your UEC over to one from an SRi/Elite? Trip to the scrappys tomorrow as they have an Elite in at the moment.

    hi
yes just change the fuse box as this has the relay in it.
then tech2 to the car and activate fogs.

    you could still try it
dean(plasma) said to me that they still work but cant program them so you cant add or take away anything that that car has.
so if you want to add headlight washers and the other car didn't have them you will not be able to have them working.
