Extended Warranties - Worth While?

Just wondering what people think of buying extended warranties from people like these: http://www.warrantydirect.co.uk/

Are they any good? I've been quoted £460 for 13months cover on my 07 Signum Elite V6 CDTi Auto. Just getting a bit nervous now the car is just over 4 years old and coming upto 50K on the clock...

I am with them mate, not had to use it touch wood, but it was the best I could find.

My price was a lot less than that though.
