Default Belt change advice 1.9 150

The time has come to part with my cash at the dealers

Cam belt and tensioner, and water pump

I am going to get fan belt changed too, but is there anything else I am missing? Or should change?

Plus anyone bought these from dealers and know price? My dealer has been known to be a little expensive!

For the whole lot I would pay no more than £200.
That includes the kit and water pump. Get water pump changed as mine was knackered and on the verge of breaking.

Cheers gazza, yeah I wouldn't change the cam belt without the water pump anyway for the sake of an extra £30-£40

    Nice one

As your a member it might be worth you buying the parts on trade club and getting a garage to fit it.

Any reason your using a main dealer?

Trade club is a benifit of joining the club.

You get access to parts at trade prices.

Ie the 150 CDTi cambelt kit:

    Retail: £114 and Tradeclub: £81.51

    Water pump:

Retail: £56 and Trade club: £34.18

There are 3 options for the water pump so give them your chassis number when ordering
